Shipping

We intend to offer the best shipping options for your purchased items.

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed since items are custom made. 

Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. The Love Tribe Company is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by shipping. 

Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number and contact carrier directly for updates.

Sizing 

We offer women fitted tees and unisex fitted tees. The women’s fitted tees RUN SMALL so please consider ordering 1-2 sizes up. 

The hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger. 

ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.

ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.

Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, there are no refunds and orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY.

Customers must contact our support team at [email protected] for exchange instructions. 

Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.

Items must be in re-sellable condition with no stains. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
